There’s something about stepping outside the “expected” that fuels creativity in the best way.
On a random Tuesday afternoon, I joined Kevin as creative director/photographer alongside Marcia, our stunning model, for a creative shoot inside a local coin laundry—and honestly, it was magic in the most unexpected place.
We leaned into a minimal, editorial vibe…stripping things back and letting the story unfold naturally. The owners were incredibly gracious, even allowing us to turn off the overhead lights so we could work with soft, natural light only.
I shot on my Canon R6 Mark III with my 24–105mm and used this session to really play—shutter drag, new angles, chasing emotion, and incorporating whatever props we could find around us. It reminded me how much beauty lives in the in-between moments.
Creative sessions like this push me, stretch me, and inspire me—and I can’t wait to start blending this kind of storytelling into my branding shoots. Because your brand deserves more than photos…it deserves a feeling.
Sharing a few of my favorites.
